Came across Le Interior Affairs on Qanvast and decided to enquire with them about designing our new home. Right from the start, Gloria and Vincent were very warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and relaxed from that first meeting talking to them. They were very patient and really took time to understand both of us and what kind of concepts we wanted to have. They were very accepting of our ideas and even suggested some tweaks and changes to help us refine on them. What made me decide to go with them ultimately after looking at other IDs was because I felt safe and confident that they would deliver on our ideas.
Wint stepped in for Vincent later on but the dynamics of the relationship didn’t change. Wint is very good with the technicalities and practicalities of designing so he was a great help because we wanted the house to be as functional as possible while still looking nice. Gloria on the other hand is very good with the design aesthetics; she understood what kind of look I wanted and really did her best to deliver exactly what i asked for. We had so much fun selecting and matching colours and laminates. She also helped kept me in check with the theme when i start to be fickle and want to change things.
Price was okay for us, but they will try their best to help if you have issues about certain pricing of items. What I like is that they don’t try to force or hardsell their service and ideas to you.
Throughout the process of reno, they were always helping to settle issues and always there to patiently answer whatever questions we had.
Even now post reno, their after sales service is excellent as they will still help to answer and solve any issues that unexpectedly pop up.
I am very very happy with the interior designing done by Wint and Gloria and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for trustable and reliable IDs.
