Alan is friendly and easy to talk with, and has been very responsive to our messages/enquiries even late into the night, giving practical advices (e.g. on saving cost and potential issues) which saved us a lot of time on researching and ‘tuition fees’. Very happy with their service so far. My ID, Alan and his team, was very responsive to our last minute changes and try his best to meet our demands. And whenever there’s any issue during the renovation, he is upfront in informing us and would have a few proposals on hand for us to consider by then, making technical parts easy for layman like us to understand.
