As first-time homeowners, we were looking for an ID that was experienced and easy to work with. And lucky us, because we got two IDs instead of one. There was rapport from the first time we met Gloria and Alan. They took the time to understand our needs and incorporated that into their design. Throughout the whole renovation process, they were always quick to address any concerns we had and would speak to the contractors on behalf of us. We could feel Gloria and Alan’s positive energy and strong work ethic in wanting to do their best work for their clients. While the renovation journey had some bumps along the way, we have always felt very assured with our IDs. Gloria and Alan would always try their best to help us achieve what we envisioned for the house, and both were also experienced enough to provide us practical advice and guidance.
