Hello guys, if you are looking for a cheap contractor (who may run with your money), stop reading now and hit the “back” button, however if you are looking competent and trustworthy ID firm, continue reading. I’ll be very honest here, monetary budget was my first concern, but I also knew that I couldn’t go for the cheapest quotation I could get my hands on as that would be too risky. After approaching different IDs, I settled for 3 that I felt at ease with, all of whom were in the same budget bandwidth.
So the next part of my selection phase was to see which ID could understand my concerns and give me solutions, Vincent and Cai Ying not only addressed my concerns and also gave me fresh new ideas that could be done to my humble abode. After this phase of selection, I wanted to test the response time of the IDs, and that’s where I am utterly impressed and have made my final decision to go with Le Interior Affairs.
Throughout the entire renovation process, Vincent and Cai Ying, occasionally Wint, were very patient with our incessant questions and constantly assuring us.
As usual, there were hiccups here and there, but all things were handled professionally and quickly, all hands-on deck, when it came down to problem solving.
Tile and Toiletries shopping was enjoyable as well, there were fun and laughter, silly ideas thrown about, and in fact we incorporated some of these silly ideas.
Time taken to complete our project had slight delays resulting in the timeline being stretched by a week or two. During this pandemic, it was very hard to secure manpower – it was COVID musical chairs, everyone was taking turns to get infected- and we understood the pain of managing a project in turbulent times like these.
I think that if you give these people the due respect, you will receive respect back in multiples, remember people, treat people how you would like to be treated.
I hope that this review will does it justice in helping them bring in more sales, because they deserve it. We are also in the midst of producing a walkthrough for the place they have created. Stay tuned.
