We engaged Le Interior with Alan as our ID on the 12/12/19, a year before Covid struck. We paid our deposit then and everything went smoothly from there. Our experience with Alan has been great. We rate his design ability highly and would definitely encourage those who are looking for new ideas to look for him. One of his suggestions were to use the wallpaper, which never came across our mind but we loved it.

Alan also helped us with the defect check of our BTO house after we get our keys. He helps to coordinate with the BSC (Building Service Center) for the rectification works and really make the whole experience stress-free as I need not have to worry especially after hearing our neighbours having to trouble themselves trying to contact BSC themselves (I still have no idea what is the BSC number). Alan’s service and dedication is amazing as well. He offered to repair the hinges of the cabinet at my mom’s place as I showed him about the issue. He is also available to rectify faults even after we moved in the house. He repeated informed us that if there’s anything to inform him and he’ll get it rectified. He is also flexible with the schedule and adjusting it so as to not incur any delay (especially when our aircon delivery was delayed).

Overall, we are absolutely delighted with his work. We have heard plenty of scary story regarding IDs and we are extremely blessed to have met Alan and engaging him as our ID.
