Gloria & Alan were friendly, approachable and went way out of their scope to assist us in whatever way possible. Some examples include bringing us to multiple suppliers on their own accord. We received no form of pressure when it came to purchases during our decision making. Gloria & Alan also recommended alternative suppliers that were within our spend. We’re impressed with them helping to keep within our budget without compromising on quality. We appreciate them as great listeners and advisors too! During the course of the renovation, there were several pain points that were resolved promptly with professionalism. It was a great joy working with both of them!
