Very professional people and had a pleasant experience working with Vincent to do up the renovation of my house! Always responsive to our queries and requests and did his best to accommodate to our requests and hand over the keys on time. Timeline that he given us actually quite reasonable but just that we have a tight schedule for the renovation. Always was there readily to answer our questions and provide us with solutions. Was recommended to Vincent of LIA from a friend and our home renovation was designed and managed by Vincent & Kaylee. They are both very committed and accommodating to our time, sometimes meeting us at the unit as late as 10pm and responding to our queries even on weekends. Even though there were hiccups here and there (as expected), they were upfront with us, quick to assure and rectify the issues. Not only is their service good, the workmanship of their contractors (especially tiler) were awesome too. Despite the current Covid situation, they managed to complete the renovation within the promised time frame. LIA has our highest recommendation!
