We are happy to share our renovation experience with Kaylee and Vincent.

Being first time owners we have zero knowledge on how things work but both of them are very patience and friendly to guide us through. Kaylee was very fast to identify the style and theme we like for the house (without us knowing ourselves) and great ideas was thrown to us along the way after taking in our preferences and living habits. Planning Stage : Things were work around our floor plan to maximize space but adding designs to it so it isn’t so boring. Multiple trips were made to the site so measurements and visuals can be better planned. Tiles, lights, accessories shopping were also very smooth. Suppliers were of competitive price too. No obligation/stress to use their supplier, in fact they were very transparent with their supplier prices and ask us to get it outside if its too pricy. They also went extra miles to recommend us suppliers/online links they know with good price/reviews.
Replies from them were also prompt even during wee hours. Dedication and passion are real.
Renovation Stage : Progress was smooth and hassle free, IDs will consistently update us with photos and videos. Workers on site were very helpful in clearing common area space before leaving. Site was kept super clean and tidy. Although there’s some hiccups which normally will happen, it was rectify quickly and fix nicely. Progress was smooth and efficient.
Post Renovation Stage : After moving in, IDs consistently checking on us if there’s any problems or issues that surface up and help us with our questions on matters we are curious with.
Overall experience was really great and recommended for a fuss free renovation journey!

Hands-on professionals and are good listeners

We are pleased with the services and work (of their contractors) of Le Interior Affairs (LIA). Vincent and Kaylee are both hands-on professionals and are good listeners, to our needs and requirements. They are prompt in meeting our requests, changes and alterations, during the course of the Renovation of our Apartment. LIA did well in keeping to time schedule and coping with the challenges of working and coordinating the various works during the early days of covid reopening (early 2022), more pluses than minuses. Highly adaptive to our change of requirements

Caiying from Le Interior was a great ID that my parents met for our new BTO! She constantly followed up on our requirements and gave us a brief quotation as soon as we contacted her. Apart from her responsiveness, her ideas for our house were great, and she is highly adaptive to our change of requirements! Highly recommend!
