We were very thankful that a friend recommended Aaron to us. As an ID, he’s very attentive to all our requests, never over-promise and super-duper helpful. He actually spent 3 weeks just to find us our desired kitchen tabletop. He even helped to clean up the debris cos one of the contractors couldn’t make it last minute due to quarantine order. He’s easy to work with and his rapport with the carpenters, painters & other contractors is very humbling indeed…probably this helped the reno work flowed smoothly . Overall, we are very pleased with Aaron’s expertise and of the course the renovation

I have engaged LIA for my resale HDB flat’s mini renovations and the results were awesome. Wint is the person-in-charge of my mini project and he did a wonderful job. There were delays due to COVID restrictions and lots of hiccups along the way. Wint and his team of contractors were very efficient with resolving all the issues and additional requests along the way. Even after the renovations is completed and handover, I can still approach him for any minor issues and they were resolved asap. Even minor issues which were not covered under this project, he is willing to assist us to resolve those issues professionally and timely. Overall […]
