We engaged LIA in 2019, and finally got our keys in 2021! Our IDs were Vincent and Richelle, who were nothing short of creative, professional and patient. We had many ideas for our new home and each time they took our ideas and made it better. After we had settled on the design, the communication and execution was smooth and quick and we cannot wait for the actual handover in Jan 2022! HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MAY 2022 BE YOUR BEST YEAR YET!

Just moved in to our new place roughly about 03 months now, both me and my husband would like to give a big shoutout to Kaylee and Alan for being there throughout the whole renovation process. From drafts to sketches, tiles, paints colour and every design inputs. All of our requirements were attended to and they really go all out to make all of the suggested ideas possible. Worked with Vincent and Gloria to overhaul and re-design my mom’s place. 3 things that stood out for us, which we’d like to thank Vincent and Gloria for: (1) They invested time and effort to get to know us, our living habits and preferences to then design a space that would fit our habits while maximising our needs (like storage, open floor plan). With their deep understanding, Gloria also proposed colour schemes that we fell in love with and turned out to be a crowd favourite amongst family members and friends.
